• Liaise directly with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.• Dealing with customer complaints and constantly liaising with finance team to resolve potential complications and issues• Support and guide the administrative team to ensure performance targets are met, such as homes being let within agreed timescales.

*Assist with the coordination of events such as pre-departure talks*Provide excellent customer service and empathise with stakeholders*Assisting advisers with the trips such as updating spreadsheets and handling students' queries*Liaising and building relationships with different departments and fixed vendors on various aspects*Assisting officers by producing visa support letters, answering student queries and handling clerical tasks

*Supporting Erasmus and Study Abroad advisors on various aspects of the administration work *Promoting the Erasmus and Study Abroad experience by using different promotional methods *Providing support to students who go through either educational or personal difficulties

*First point of contact for all stakeholders *Handling student complaints in the most efficient way*Undertaking responsibility in downloading reports and updating student records in the university’s system*Checking student accounts to inform them accurately according to their questions *Arranging and organizing student files both manually and electronically according to the regulations
