Sylvia combines extensive commercial experience with outstanding credentials as a developer. Her commercial experience draws on 26 years, international Organisational Design & Development work from various managerial, leadership and consulting roles in the retail, manufacturing, financial services, education, engineering pharmaceutical, legal, charity, aerospace, energy and health industries and across both private and public sectors organisations. She has owned and successfully managed her own retail business, and currently owns and leads an Organisational & Leadership Development Consultancy, as well as a thriving property business.Sylvia developed the concept, design and ultimately the gained the accreditation of the Advanced Award in Organisation Design & Development for the CIPD, which she also delivered for the past 12 years. Prior to founding Labyrinth Coaching & Consulting, she worked for Roffey Park Institute, one of the UK’S leading Leadership and Management centres. At Roffey Park she was their first Principal Consultant for Organisational Design & Development. For four years she Course Directed their renowned MSc in People and Organisation Development.
