The Harry Ransom Center is an internationally renowned humanities research library and museum at The University of Texas at Austin. The Ransom Center encourages discovery, inspires creativity, and advances understanding of the humanities for a broad and diverse audience through the preservation and sharing of its extraordinary collections. As Chief Business Officer, I am responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Ransom Center's financial and human resources operations.

Devised growth strategies and processes within investment management operations to achieve long-term growth. Directed reporting and reconciliations of portfolio valuations and performance. Managed regulatory affairs and investment compliance, working with Chief Compliance Officer to develop procedures and controls. Drove excellence through exceptional client onboarding, workflow management, bank integration, reporting, and data integrity.

Led the strategy and execution of $180B investment management program with $656B+ in annual transactions across 56 markets and 38 currencies. Managed daily accounting for 7,000+ holdings, performance measurement, counterparty, leverage, and cash and liquidity reporting. Oversaw SLAs and KPIs, managing a large, complex banking relationship (State Street Bank). Drove success through the oversight and optimization of investment management applications, data warehouse, and investment reporting.
