In this position I assist clients and potential clients with insuring their vehicles, homes and property. I write and bind new applications as well as service existing policies. I assist clients in office and through the phone. I handle the tow bills, phone calls and internet requests.

In this job my primary work consists of: greeting clients and addressing their immediate need,opening new accounts for clients, researching clients account for possible fraud or risk, issuetemporary debit cards for client, replenishing and balancing ATM’s, assist clients with making cashwithdrawals and deposits, deposit checks for clients, cash checks for clients and non-clients,performing opening and closing procedure to ensure that client information was not left out and thecenter is free of employees and clients, complete training for new policies and regulations,processing credit card, mortgage and auto loan payments.
