In 2010, created a cross-departmental team, the DOI Innovation and Efficiencies Team, that assembled subject matter experts from the Department’s 14 bureaus and offices to generate ideas, propose recommendations and implement those that were approved to deliver "better IT for less" across the agency. Delivered four consecutive fiscal years (2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012) of timely and responsive budget year submissions of DOI’s IT portfolio (Exhibit 53 and 300s) to the President’s budget.
