Lead Bestow Engineering's Technical Program Management team. We focus on execution and delivery of the company's top product and technical priorities. We collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver results.

Founded the corporate PMO. Chartered team goals, implemented standards for program coverage and capacity, and led continuous prioritization alongside the Exec Team through cost benefit analysis. We oversee the delivery of top company priorities with a focus on key Product, Engineering, and User Experience improvement initiatives. As part of my role I also implement communication frameworks to ensure Product and cross-functional stakeholder alignment, operate and run strategic planning, and lead a team of project managers to run high priority, high complexity projects. I consistently seek to improve execution by creating standards for software delivery, including project management tools, training, templates. I'm also passionate about driving positive and exciting change management that leads to better business outcomes.

Supported the Product Development team as the first Program Manager in the company and immediately began exploring opportunities to optimize the operations of the Product team to ensure more consistent delivery. I led enterprise Agile ceremonies like Release Planning for a team of ~200 Engineers and Product Managers and Scrum of Scrums, implemented a cross-functional Go-To-Market process, and led departmental and eventually corporate OKRs. I also conducted continuous analysis of team performance by assessing capacity and velocity and implemented tooling to help teams use this information to better estimate product delivery dates.

Served as a Program Manager over several key product lines and managed global Go-to-Market plans for new features under development. I worked directly with Engineering and Product Managers to bring new features to market, and coordinated with cross-functional business and technical teams to create scalable processes for future product releases.

Founded the company's first Enterprise Project Management Office, whose primary charter included managing the company's top enterprise-level projects. In addition to leading a team of project managers I also developed processes to ensure consistent communications with executives, project managers, technical and integration teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

Served as a technical liaison for Finance and Human Resources software and technology implementations. Partnered with Finance, Sales, Services, and HR to deliver high priority back-end enterprise system implementations and business initiatives, including the Human Resources Information System, Learning Management System, and Sales compensation systems. I also managed software request for proposals (RFPs) and managed software vendor contracts.

Founded the Public Works Information Technology team whose prime charter was administration and implementation of information technology-related projects. During my tenure, the City built the new Dallas Cowboys stadium, the Texas Rangers were in the World Series, and there were several severe weather events. It was an exciting time to be a part of the City because we were aiming to be at the forefront of municipal governments who used technology to make decisions and drive efficiency. My team's primary focus was on public works asset data collection, GIS mapping, and administration of the work order system to ensure proper maintenance of city assets (signals, signs, pavement, etc), and also included fleet management, warehouse barcoding, emergency response call center, work order system administration, and various integrations.

Implemented and supported the ESRI suite of GIS applications for a variety of departments across the City of Denton. Primary responsibilities were developing project plans, planning data collection, utilizing efficient GIS tools, and maintaining and ensuring data integrity of geodatabases.

Developed monthly water sample collection plans for which data collected were attributed to municipal GIS data sets. Utilized GIS for water quality analysis to determine seasonal patterns and yearly trends in water quality conditions and pesticide levels.
