-Manage outsource projects, aligning with Product Line Manager’s funding and overall project schedule-Create and manage SOW (Statement of Work)-Coordinate RFIs & RFPs-Work with cross functional teams -Subcontracts, Product Line Management, Engineering, Quality, Program Management and Supply Chain-Plan and prioritize activities to ensure deadlines are met-Highlight risks & schedule delays to cross-functional team-Manages the work and relationship between Harris and our suppliers for outsourced IRAD and program activities. Serves as the liaison between Harris engineering/PLM and the supplier for design, process, manufacturing, test and quality as the product(s) move to completion and distribution. Plans and manages subcontracted schedules and costs. Monitors the outsourced project from initiation through completion. Assists the Engineering Project Manager in organizing the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. Ensures that products delivered meet Harris requirements and specifications.

- Responsible for designing, developing and implementing cost-effective automated test systems for printed circuit boards, modules and finished goods- Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, complete specifications and procedures for new and existing products- Develop test software using LabVIEW and TestStand- Develop, document, and support test hardware and software using computer based tools- Production support of existing test stations for RF products

• Performs basic troubleshooting of complex fixtures and will resolve problems related to test fixtures including dismantling, adjusting, and repairing, calibrating, aligning, assembling and operating according to engineering drawings, schematics, operating or repair manuals.• Acts as primary trainer for new employees on operating test fixtures• Acts as trainer for troubleshoot technicians both at board and unit level• Acts as first line of defense in resolving daily test issues effecting troubleshoot or upflow• Monitors station utilization and downtime • Assists operators by answering questions and demonstrating operations• Updates test documentation as directed by TE Lead

• Testing and troubleshooting power amplifiers with frequency range of 30-512 MHz with maximum power output of 50W.• Testing products that enable users to pass data from an unsecure network to a secure network.• Testing and troubleshoot equipment that enable a remote audio/data communication through field wire, Ethernet and Fiber optics. • Worked with engineering to improve the efficiency of products through testing and troubleshooting.• Optimizing the overall output of the complete system by aligning board level components for a constant power output through the frequency range of 30-512Mhz.• Assisted in developing a test infrastructure for products• Worked with engineers in cutting down test time and thereby increasing the rate of production
