I am a highly motivated housing professional with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs HomeSafe Georgia program. HomeSafe Georgia has assisted over 16000 Georgia homeowners since 2010 and I have played intricate role in the success of the program. I have been with DCA for almost 9 years. My longevity with the agency reflects my dedication to the core values of the agency as well as my dedication the homeowners that we have assisted. My employment with DCA was initially as a temporary employee. Soon after I was offered a permanent position in their Common Data File department. Shortly thereafter, I received promotion and was made Team Lead of the Common Data File department. In my current position I am tasked with training new hires in my department as well as new participating lenders. I facilitate the cancellation of 10-25 foreclosures a month with a 98% success rate. I am responsible for providing updated program information to our participating partners. I oversee the proper transmission of customer and program data on a daily basis ensuring accuracy and efficiency. A huge part of my position is follow through and follow up. When given a task by my leadership, they know that I will see it through to completion. When I receive unexpected tasks outside the scope of my responsibilities, I take ownership of the task with the goal of achieving the best possible outcome.
