A long standing passion was realized beginning 2012 / 2013. I successfully completed all government forms / requirements to establish this 501(C)3 and obtained IRS approval with ease. 4+ years later, my passion to assist Foster Children vetted out of the system has accomplished fresh beginnings for the kids. Partnerships with the FTLA Airport Advisory Board, Broward School Board, St. Andrews in Coral Springs have served the Foster Children well. My true desire is to commit 50 hours a week to the children involved with Turning Point's Mission Statement. In the meanwhile, I work with TCI to assist in client retention.

Reported directly to Lead Counsel. Assessed underlying cause of client's mortgage defaults; gathered all documents & prepared cover letters for review. Submitted short sale packages to Lead Counsel or fully documented HAMP Loan Modification package to client's lender. Escrowed funds on behalf of clients; reported all findings to Lead Counsel. Success ratio in excess of 80% at a time the legal / financial industry was reporting 25%, at best.

Multi Tasked two diverse positions. One was fielding all operational requests, fielding calls, requesting bids from vendors and following through with deliveries & accurate invoices. Second was 'opening' client files to request verifications of employment, deposits, updated credit reports, SRA Appraisals, updated Title Work, Insurance Binders.Was hired in 2006 as a Front Desk Receptionist. In 2008, was entrusted to access software including client debt amounts, negotiate settlements and clearing (approving) the HUD Settlement Statements for both parties (Lender / Borrower).
