Responsible for the GtM of digital and service solutions and digital transformation of KONE's Service Business in Asia Pacific Middle East & Africa

Engineering Good is a Singapore based non-profit organization that serves 200+ social service agencies, bridging the digital gap and building affordable assistive technology with disability groups.My role as a Treasurer and Board Member is to chart the long term strategic direction of Engineering Good to ensure that we fulfil our mission and maximise our impact on the communities we serve.

- Responsible for the commercialization of "Office of the Future" initiative to develop new products, services and technology to future proof buildings in the portfolio. The scope includes core and flex leasing strategy, flex space (such as coworking spaces) operations, development of value added services for tenants, development of the technology stack that supports the initiative. - Lead business development and sales efforts for the tenant value added services business- Develop and drive digital and technology strategy, focusing on areas such as smart estates, IOT, digitalisation and data & analytics among others. Ensure successful commercial deployment of new technology in our buildings- Lead R&D projects, collaborating with partners to develop technology solutions not yet available in the market for commercial deployment in the portfolio

- Part of the team that developed and published CapitaLand 2030 Sustainability Master Plan which outlined ambitious targets for the Group- Conceptualised and produced videos and other Marcom materials to launch the Masterplan- Developed and implemented engagement programs for internal and external stakeholders to further Group's Sustainability agenda- Conceptualised, plan and executed the inaugural CapitaLand Sustainability X Challenge (CSXC), the first global search for climatec solutions by an Asian based property developer. CSXC garnered 300 entries from 50 countries

- Lead the Asset Management function for commercial (office) buildings. Key activities include developing asset strategy, tenant mix strategy, tenancy management, performance monitoring and reporting etc. - Lead the strategy development and program management of major asset enhancement initiatives for buildings in the portfolio- Responsible for the commercialization of "Office of the Future" initiative to develop new products, services and technology to future proof buildings in the portfolio. - Business leader of AP Consulting delivering location advisory, accomodation strategy, change management, workplace strategy, FM consulting, retail network planning and other related services to clients- led a team of approximately 50 staff in 8 cities - Clients include Barclays, Shell, GSK, HSBC, SCB, AXA, Apple, Metlife, Huawei, LinkedIn, ANZ, Telstra and BP- Championed business intelligence and analytics advancement in JLL- Led innovation initiatives and projects (including development of new products, services and technology applications) - core skill set include: P&L, management, consultancy, business development, business leadership, people management, data science, business intelligence and analytics and new product development

Responsible for leading consulting assignments for clients in Australia. Projects include: - Property due diligence on Coles Myers, a large retailer, for its proposed sale to Wesfarmers - Property due diligence on a chain of music store, for its proposed sale to a private equity fund - Feasibility analysis of a proposed large scale data centre development in Canberra - Developed asset strategy for BlueScope Steel for its multi-site, multi asset type development in North South Wales Developed an in-house database and search engine for projects using VBA programming for Excel

- Responsible for real estate requirements of all GE businesses in Greater China and South East Asia. Portfolio consisted of about 200 leased and owned commercial, industrial and retail properties with annual rental spend of ~US$30 million- Core team that set up the CRE function for GE in Asia in 2003- Managed the entire life cycle of transactions – advising internal business users, partnering with service providers, engaging directly with property owners and preparing financial analysis and business case presentation to senior management- Work closely with Facilities Management and Project Management teams to ensure that delivery of projects are to specifications, budget and schedule- Closed an average of 100+ transaction a year and was instrumental in closing GE’s largest land acquisition (~100 acres) in Asia in 2005

- Led an Asia-wide project aimed at streamlining the internal billing process- Developed an Asia strategy and drove the implementation of the internal billing system across 10 countries in the region

- Rigorous 2-year program where trainees are rotated among the various GE businesses every 6months- Rotations included stints at GE Plastics, GE Capital and CNBC in a variety of accounting, financial analysis and system implementation roles

- Led projects such as review of Shell’s pension fund scheme and the revamp of the Graduate Development Program - Manage a competitive tender of travel services- Supported the annual negotiation with the non-exempt employee union
