- Assisting and backing-up Relationship Manager in managing corporate accounts- Responsible for processing banking operations including account creation, transactions monitoring, and loan process- Ensure accounts have available balance to cover all payments and professional services fee- Follow-through on clients’ inquiries, requests, complaints, resolve issues promptly, follow-up necessarily- Assisting Relationship Manager in analyzing bank statement for credit application- Perform servicing and account maintenance activities along with daily administrative duties.

- Prospected new customers through referrals from existing clients and sales phone calls- Provided information and advices new customers to encouraging them to schedule a visit to customer service counter by phone- Worked efficiently to overcome objection from customers, while developing sales to close sales- Assisted customers in solving problems, in selecting the right products to specify customers’ needs by explaining the products’ benefits, suggesting to upgrade the products, and suggesting to add other new products for customers- Reported to branch manager the pipelines of clients, progress of the on-going prospects, and suceedd cross selling reports of the day

- Aside from teaching students, also assisting the course’s principle to teach students who apply for study abroad program- in spare time, assisting course’s principle to translate some learning materials, into mandarin language, as the references for teaching study abroad program.
