Holder of a research chair in Nanotoxicology (SERENADE Labex http://www.labex-serenade.org/). My research interest are focused on safe by design nanomaterials with the determinination and modulation of the toxicity of an emerging type of nanomaterials, metallic nanowires. I'm using a combination of multidisciplinary techniques to determine their interaction with cells, their uptake and their impact on cell's function. I'm also involved in teaching in the master ISM of the faculty of pharmacy (Grenoble Biotechnology School; http://master-ism.ujf-grenoble.fr/). I'm responsible of a new serie of lectures in nanotoxicology and a new thematic and international school that trains students and researchers on an integrative approach to nanomaterials toxicity on environmental and human health. Being trained in proteomic (sample preparation and separation, mass spectrometry analysis) and working on the Prométhée proteomic platform (www.proteomique.fr) of the IBP - CHU of Grenoble. I am using multiplex approach to identidy changes in protein expression observed in different pysiological and pathological processes. I am interested in the mechanisms of resistance to targeted treatments in lung cancer and in the changes in cancer cell metabolism. I have been involved in the identification of biomarkers of skin ageing and in a better understanding of molecular mechanism of Gorlin disease.I am teaching in the master ISM, faculty of pharmacy of Grenoble (http://master-ism.ujf-grenoble.fr/). I am mainly involved in lab works in cellular and protein engineering (master 1, L2 Biotech) and lectures in proteomic (Master 2).
