Administration Related:- In charge on planning and organizing regional events and activities in half-yearly basis.- Responsible for the annual regional budget reviewing and planning - Supporting and following up regional offices’ management tasks and monthly reviewing- Participate in cross-department communication and teamwork- HR related projects execution - Marketing and promotional project (Promotion DVD, Regional PPTs)Research Related:- Track market information and macroeconomic indicators to conduct analysis - Provide analytic data/research/thesis regarding market change, customer demand and newly developing industries on quarterly basis

Marketing Related:- Get involved in business development and promotion for company products/services- Responsible for coordinating Sales & Marketing related projects and activities in N.E. Asia Region (incl. Taiwan, Korea and Japan)- Work closely with other marketing and researching team members to conduct company promotional presentation and project related topics- Ensure local business strategies are finely executed to meet company’s objectives.

Set-up and coordinate meetings and conferences.Coordinate and prepare management reports and presentation materials. Set-up the superintendent's travel arrangements.Provide personal administrative supports to the SuperintendentOrganise the pre-surgery summary.Provide coordination and support for international surgeons and fellows.
