1. Around 8 years in China Passion Brands as a retail supplier for different domain, covering textile, footwear, equipment, accessory. Completed supply chain responsibilities involving: seasonal budget & pilot, selection, forecast & referencing, pricing, purchasing orders following, stock maintenance during the season, commercial events assistance, promotion.. Rich experience on purchase and stock management. Close working with retailing team helps good understanding on China local sports market & customer consumption habits. 2. 3 years in China Customer Procurement team. In terms of Tactical S&OP, working closely with local sports brands and collecting 2 years of global China footwear purchase needs, translate into 3-5 years procurement policy, find best TCO supply industrial panel to answer the purchase needs. In terms of operational S&OP, defining supply method for each model based on different risks measurement (seasonality, priority, industrial constrains, models lifetime..etc) with production and passion brands. 3. Mission of instructor. Be in charge of Retail Supplier instructor team during 2004-2009. Main tasks include: integration training, SAP system relay, instructors growing road map, local training roadbook completion, external training organization.. We were the 2nd global Decathlon training prize in 2008. Since 2012, the instructor of 'basic of supply' and become 'yearly best instructor' in 2014.
