As a People Lead at The Enterprise Company, I support the growth and development of a diverse and talented team of journalists, analysts, and advisors who provide news and insights for global investors. I work with the leadership and the HR team to design and implement effective people strategies, policies, and processes, as well as to foster a positive and inclusive culture.I have a strong background and passion for talent acquisition and employer branding, having worked in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry for over three years. I have successfully recruited and onboarded hundreds of candidates across various functions and levels, as well as developed and executed employer branding campaigns and initiatives. I am also a certified Delf B1 in French, and fluent in English and Arabic.I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Psychology at the University of East London, where I am learning how to apply psychological theories and methods to enhance organizational performance, well-being, and innovation. I am particularly interested in the topics of diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and leadership development. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Ain Shams University, and have completed internships in communications and customer service at UN Women and Air France.
