1. Response purchasing sever components like switch, Fan, etc, to fulfill customer’s request.2. Deal issues with Singapore team, Euro team, AMS, and some global logistics.3. NPI set up. Cooperate with PE, to set up SKU in SAP system, follow the process from SV to MV.4. Assist finance department to deal with payment issue.5. Do job documents for training, like SAP T_code operation, NPI map out, bundle process, etc. 6. Familiar with big data, clouding, sever industry.

1. Set up new strategy of excess management feasible for Chongqing ODM operation.2. Cross function work with RD, planning, procurement from NPI launch till EOL to avoid excess happening, saving $3-4M annually.3. Suggest RD to use common raw materials to reduce excess risk in NPI launch, and control NPI material preparation in vendor side.4. Buffer management. Audit the buffer stock per month, if it is no change in 2 months, we will change the buffer plan to avoid excess caused.5. Check the latest CT with ODM by week, require ODM to cancel PO ASAP or highlight excess risk to region for adding back demand to consume stock based on CT change.6. EOL model control. Give EOL announce and Lock NO before 3 months, control ODM raw materials preparation based on L/T. Update the actual shipment Qty and future demand per week, change stock plan timely, or negotiate with region for dealing with excess. 7. Check excess weekly report provided by ODM, to find unreasonable parts which are TSB unaccepted, to cancel excess PO ASAP, to communicate with sales for consuming excess which is TSB responsibility.8. Lock final excess weekly report the end of production in 2 weeks, and require ODM to cancel OPO if could. We will not accept any parts added after lock final version. This version is the evidence for EOL audit.9. Audit EOP model excess materials and communicate with 3rd party for solving the excess, such as bidding.10. Representative of EMM team monthly report to GM.11. Familiar with NB materials procurement process, logic and production flow.12. Monitor ODM fulfillment every day.13. Strong EOL negotiation skill over ODM, saving OBS spend by 2-3M annually.14. QPR for excess.15.Good at price negotiation tactics & familiar with e-bidding.

1. NB materials fulfillment of L10 in HNBD including ME: Thermal, FPC, Thermal insulation material.2. Familiar with thermal and hinge process & their industrial chain.3. Thermal risk evaluation.4. PO control. Make up pull list based on customer original FCST. Issue or cancel PO by the latest FCST every week.5. Raw materials stock control in vendor side, and have good relationship with vendors.6. Stock control in ODM W/H. Stock of ME parts turn over rate below 8 days.7. Allocation management cost down.8. Fulfill tracking all raw materials status in NPI.9. Co-work with planning team, custom business and sales, for getting good delivery date from suppliers to match production plan, timely achieve client shipping requirement. 10. Familiar with SCM process including ship, procurement and production. 11. Familiar with the customs rules and dealing with logistics issues.

1. Fulfillment HP NB raw materials purchase including thermal, hinge, bracket, screw.2. Summarizing DSM and clear up gating report of all materials. 3. Do weekly report of gating material(PPT) to customer(HP).4. Assist Manager to make PPT report for company weekly meeting.5. Familiar with MRP, SAP, FCST management, OBS logic.
