I am accountable for the overall success of the Recruitment Department including meeting recruiting objectives. I monitor the status of all recruitment prospects and analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of plans. Provides leadership, direction, motivation and supervision of direct reports as well as oversees training and development of staff.I developed effective working relationships with students, employees and any other outside contacts of all levels. I ensure that compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and the guidelines of federal government and accrediting organizations or met.I recommend recruiting goals, budgets and staffing plans.
