Project Manager with the Ontario Federal Council for a program called Leaders Without Borders.- Coordinated the bi-weekly learning sessions for participants by securing 4 to 5 high profile speakers to present about thematic topics- Coordinated, managed and succesfully organized a three day study tour of Windsor, Ontario for 12 Participants and 2 Faculty members- Assisted the participants in accomplishing their program goals through constant communication and evaluation- Mentored, coached and participated in events/deliverable coordinated by participants as pre-requisites for their graduation- Managed relationships with stakeholders, coaches, mentors, the Executive cadre and patricipants to successfully ensure the smooth control and progression of the program.

I was the proud owner of a second location! What an amazing journey it had been. We sold both locations to free up more time for our three beautiful children!

Managed teachers, finances, client relationships, marketing, advertising, procurement and purchasing as well as all related business transactions. I also coached teachers and counseled families with children who have exceptional and various learning differences. I was especially qualified in connecting curriculum expectations with training products and innovative learning methodologies.

- Assessed students from Kindergarten to grades 12 and created inidivdual programs that improved their school grades- Met with parents and help conferences to discuss the progress of their children- Met with school teachers to market the program and share the student progress- Managed teachers working at the centre and mentored them on effective teaching strategies and methodologies- Trained staff and help monthly Learning Sessions to celebrate successes and innovate improvements

- Taught grade three through to grade five students the following subjects: Science, English, Drama, Art, Music and Social Studies.- Launched and coordinated the first ever Yearbook for the school- Assisted in coordinating the Christmas play for the school- Designed interactive, age-appropriate and stimulating lesson plans- Assisted after-school by tutoring and supervising children- Coached the basketball club and the cheerleading squad
