I am CEO and Founder of Kaizen Operations, Inc – an IT consulting and services company providing analysis on the financial discovery data of people going through difficult transitions such as divorce, tax problems or business dissolutions. As a Sr. Program manager, I bring strong project management, organizational and analytical skills to every engagement. I enjoy developing and managing IT strategic plans while balancing organizational goals against operational and capital budgets. I believe we are only as strong as our teams are effective and I place emphasis on shaping performance objectives; fostering and maintaining positive professional relationships; and developing training, mentoring and growth opportunities. My educational accomplishments include: MS in Computer Systems Mgmt., BS in Microbiology, BA in Psychology.
