Through nine years of client service management, I can definitely assure that exceeding my clients’ expectations and to be able to provide them "peace-of-mind" became my passion and a way of living. I live and breathe every project I work for.   A phrase that will describe the way I feel about client service management was based on a quote from a former professor that I rephrased to make it my own: "When you meet a client ask him/her how do they like the coffee so the next time you see them you can serve the coffee as they like it, but also add a cookie”. I have always wanted to go to the moon, but since it's a long and complicated trip I decided to jump out of a plane with a parachute, so at least I could touch the sky. I had an imaginary friend when I was very little, a "blue rabbit" that was always there with me, "he even ate all the sweets he could find in my mom's and aunt's purses", but yet I was the one that had the chocolate all over my face!!.
