• Participate in product campaigns by ensuring that the products are explained to customers.• Complete account opening documentation together with customers and submit to the line manager for review before submitting to operation for processing• Driving aggressive recruitment of good quality pay with equity tills and pay bills.• Pushing for merchant PWE& Biller transactions. • Appraising ecosystem business loans for merchants with active paybills and premarked loan limits by doing business visits.• Advise merchants as soon as new loans are approved and encourage draw-downs on the new loans.• Advise merchants with ecosystem loans on payment terms of the loan and explaining consequences of default.• Following up on the repayment of the ecosystem loan by making reminder calls, sending text messages and doing business visits.• Liaise with the call center agents to facilitate collection of the defaulted loans.• visiting defaulted loan customers with the aim of negotiating settlement of the loan and restructuring the loan repayment where necessary.• Preparing weekly reports on the ecosystem loan performance to assist the management in decision making.• Deliver exceptional sales performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling & cross selling of all equity bank products and services.• Own customer queries and complaints around account opening, loans and merchant transactions resolve in a timely manner. Escalate any unresolved queries, or queries not resolved in a short period of time to the Line Manager
