    As an Editorial Coordinator, I was responsible for assisting in all stages of book and journal development. I was tasked with coordinating editorial and blinded peer review, manuscript and art tracking, and manuscript formatting. Manuscript and decision processing fell under my purview, as did the author submission invitation and notification processes, and the maintenance of the manuscript submission websites. I worked with colleagues to train temporary staff in the intake and processing of journal manuscripts for JAAOS, updated training documents as necessary, provided software training for permanent staff, and resolved software issues as needed.
