Teacher, motivator, specialising in personal development for long term unemployed and those where society seems to have left them behind. I am also passionate about the effects diet and environment are having on our children. As a teacher I have watched the steady decline in the eating habits and behaviour patterns of children and adults. I have been researching this area for 15 plus years and am currently working on a cook book based on recipes of my mother and grandmother, and from the Australian outback where I lived for some years, I don't ever recall seeing a fat Jackeroo, rodeo rider or farmer. Another area of interest is parenting skills, as well as not knowing how to feed their family with healthy food, knowledge of how to discipline children seems to have been lost in history. No respect, no self control, no discipline etc etc.I am looking to find a way to easily connect with more people who are 'at risk'. I have recently discovered a platform where I can publish and sell my ebooks. This has previously been a stumbling block.
