I am responsible for the Technical Services section of the Maintenance Department, where we collect and analyze maintenance and vehicle performance data for the Agency's fleets. The Technical Services section identifies and investigates trends and make recommendations to improve both fleet maintenance activities and related data collection. We formulate the data into reports for both internal and regulatory presentation, i.e., NTD annual reports. I have had the opportunity to be a key player in the implementation of upgrades to the current MMS software and the process changes that come with it, including implementation of the Warranty module. I additionally took lead in upgrades to fuel management system which included upgrading the data collection hardware on the vehicles and at the fuel islands.

I have 20 years experience in public transportation; providing technical and regulatory support to maintenance and operations divisions of both bus and rail applications. My experience has allowed me to utilize my engineering skills and to expand on my interpersonal skills and supervisory and management experience. I have held positions that involved engineering, quality assurance, warranty administration, safety oversight and regulatory compliance. I am seeking a position where my experience and knowledge can contribute to the operations of the community and the agency.

Responsible for the design group of a manufacturer of severe service valves for nuclear and petrochemical application.Group included two designers, three drafters and two engineers.Group was responsible for generating the design documentation required to manufacture valves to the customer's requirements.Documentation had to meet regulatory requirements of the application, including nuclear compliance.I interfaced with sales staff, customers, purchasing, quality assurance and manufacturing staff to insure a quality product was delivered in a timely manner.
