Technical Services CoordinatorCommunity Transit Aug 2013 - PresentEverett, WaI am responsible for the Technical Services section of the Maintenance Department, where we collect and analyze maintenance and vehicle performance data for the Agency's fleets. The Technical Services section identifies and investigates trends and make recommendations to improve both fleet maintenance activities and related data collection. We formulate the data into reports for both internal and regulatory presentation, i.e., NTD annual reports. I have had the opportunity to be a key player in the implementation of upgrades to the current MMS software and the process changes that come with it, including implementation of the Warranty module. I additionally took lead in upgrades to fuel management system which included upgrading the data collection hardware on the vehicles and at the fuel islands. -
