My position as a Sales Support Specialist/Head Teller requires computer work, telephone skills as well as face to face customer service. I have met and exceeded the goals that have been expected of me as a Sales Support Specialist/Head Teller. In this position I use copy machines, fax machines and e-mail based inter-office communication. Silverlake, Jack-Henry, Outlook express and Microsoft Office are the computer programs I work with on a daily basis. I seek out and embrace the coaching of my superiors and suggest any new ideas I have. I have been learning all office procedures and complete them with accuracy and in a timely manner. This is a leadership position I have tactfully embraced.
