She strives to continually cultivate strong internal and external partner relationships to drive positive change within an organisation through effective communication and by finding sustainable solutions. After a period of time coaching individuals and businesses, she took on a role as Director of HR and in her last role she joined the Art Cabriolet in 2013 after a 6-month period as a volunteer Board member. She was employed to use her corporate background experience and skills to drive the growth of the organisation and make the vision of the founder, a reality that can be sustained into the long term.
