An accomplished Team manager with effective leadership skills within with homeless sector. i am forward thinking, creative and always strive to achieve long lasting maximum outcome. I have acquired over 9 years experince in developing government funded pilot projects within a non- profit homeless organisation. I have also 12 years experience working with the homeless sector and have work side multiples London boroughs as well as outside of London supporting them to house their most entrenched clients and accessing support to aid thier recovery. I have also acquired a collective for 3 years experience of working in SLAM hospitals aswell Oxley and queen Elizabeth hospital supporting the local borough and hospital to house those that are homeless. I currently manage the 'MOVE-ON' PROJECT which is apart of the Everyone in government initiative ( in response to the Covid 19 outbreak), as well as the vaccinate and protect supporting london boroughs to safety move people on from Temporary accomdation into suitable accommodation. I am effective leader, mentor, know to build and maintain positive relationships and achieve positive outcomes for those i provide a service for.
