Sylvia E. Ellard Wallace is a teaching faculty member and academic advisor at Community College of Allegheny County, who also serves short-term study abroad residencies in the Caribbean as a Ph.D. candidate at The University of Trinidad & Tobago (UTT). Sylvia's doctoral research and areas of expertise include assessing the instructional design quality of educational curriculums and digital infrastructures — commonly referred to as MOOCs (massive", "open," "online," "courses").Sylvia Wallace is also the Founder, CEO, and Executive Director of Dynasty Arts, a non-profit multi-cultural arts organization established in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Allegheny County, City of Pittsburgh, on January 15, 2010.
