Having served as host of Ceremonies (MC) for the VA GoGreen Garden Festivals and speaker for the DC Green Festival and MAC Maymont Flower Show, Wright was a featured speaker for a Garden Writers Association conference held in Canada. Specific to her local community, she has offered Garden Strategies for the Hands-on Homeowner through the Henrico County’s Adult Ed program and taught Communications for the Green Industry for VA’s Community Colleges. A woodland gardener, she is featured by VA Home Grown WCVE Richmond PBS and publications such as State by State Gardening and Birds & Blooms magazines.
