With her long list of certifications and hands-on experience of multiple coaching and learning methods, Sylvia is known as one of the matriarchs of the international coaching community. In all her work Sylvia brings this experience along with proprietary models to help clients transform with ease, speed and grace.As well as coaching executives around the world Sylvia runs an empowerment school for women which relaunches in fall of 2022 in a gamified 2.0 version for enhanced sustainability of the learning results. She also founded a small boutique publishing house focusing on multi-author books with women leaders to add women's stories to human history. Sylvia has a Diploma in Administrative Science from the Federal University of Applied Administrative Sciences and a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Linguistics with a focus on gender studies from the Heinrich-Heine-University in Düsseldorf. Her master’s thesis was on matriarchal cultures and their importance in our times. She was the first German coach to become certified as a Professional Certified Coach in 2002 by the International Coach Federation (ICF), was the president of ICF Germany, a board member of ICF Michigan, ran her own coaching school for seven years, and held multiple leadership positions in women’s and coaching organizations.
