Aside from being active in Austin real estate since 1988, I began learning about yoga and it has been my career focus most recently. I was first introduced to yoga in the 1970's and took a college yoga class in the late 1980's. After teaching yoga to friends for several years, I finally got my yoga teaching certificate in 2017. Raised in Austin, I received my Bachelor of Science in Home Economics from Texas State University. I have been studying hatha and kundalini yoga for several years now and am happy to say this has been my primary focus in the last year.My yoga specialties include private lessons, classes, retreats and corporations. The styles I teach are Hatha, Hatha Yin, Flow, Restorative and meditation.
