My key activities are: • Being responsible for the complete Services Team• Day to day management of our (business) consultants and project managers (16fte)• Forecasting and achieving the annual revenue targets for the team• Managing the execution of projects in time and according to budget• Planning and managing resources to deliver Services in Business Area West• First point of contact for customer escalations • HR responsibility for the team• Chain responsibility from offer to invoice• Active participation in tenders
