In deze nieuwe assignment zal ik bij Rijkswaterstaat het Team Processen adviseren over en assisteren met de conversie van ca. 450 ARIS procesmodellen van EPC naar BPMN.Om dit voor elkaar te krijgen zal ook het huidige ARIS conventiefilter aangepast worden op basis van MLC best practices.Hiermee samenhangend zullen ook aanverwante zaken zoals werkinstructies aangepast worden. Maar ook de bovenliggende modellen zullen onder de loep genomen worden en verbetervoorstellen voor gemaakt worden.

In deze opdracht worden de organisatie-structuur, de proces-taxonomie en de BPMN-flowcharts in ARIS vastgelegd, gericht op de aankomende IT-transformatie die de komende 5 jaar doorgemaakt gaat worden. Daarvoor moeten in ARIS ook applicaties (80+) en applicatie interfacestromen (250+) vastgelegd worden, en worden die applicaties en interfaces aan BPMN-processen verknoopt.

Als Sr. Procesmodelleur, samen met een MLC collega was ik verantwoordelijk voor het vaststellen, actualiseren en uniform modelleren (in Mavim) van de processen van Domeinen Roerende Zaken (DRZ). Hieronder valt niet alleen het verzorgen van procesworkshops met eindgebruikers maar ook het vertalen van de opgehaalde content naar procesmodellen (BPMN) en het vaststellen van het verbeterpotentieel binnen deze processen. Daarnaast ben ik ook betrokken geweest bij het inrichten van de procesgovernance en beheerprocessen binnen het DRZ om zo ook de proces content ook in de toekomst actueel te houden.

I have been supporting the ARIS GDPP team at ING in developing and implementing new features like a Record of Processing for Processors as well as improving existing features like multilanguage in their GDPR solution in ARIS.

As Process Advisor responsible for designing (modelling), reviewing and adjusting (new) processes in ARIS in line with NS conventions. Next to this reviewing existing and developing new (internal) ARIS trainings around process management in general and ARIS specifically.

As GDPR Business Analyst I will be the lead contact point for Business Unit and Bank Data Protection Executives (DPEs) regarding the Global Data Protection Taxonomy in ARIS Connect.I will provide feedback on RoPA consistency, logic and content, helping the DPEs to align with the ING GDPP taxonomy and convention.I will consult the Local GDPP Admins on maintenance of the GDPP libraries in ARIS and will (re-)train people where and when needed.I will gather, translate and prioritize new business requirements into solutions (IT requirements or policy changes) in a way that contributes to the Bank DPE Office strategy.
