Successful completion of several analysis and reporting projects while involved in some of the UKs largest ever infrastructure projects:E.g. Crossrail Programme, Waterloo Station Redevelopment Project, Thameslink Programme• Responsible for Progress and Cost reporting for internal and external project participants, collating a multitude of different data using advanced Excel and PowerPoint;• Requirements analysis, incl. documentation and prioritisation, to understand the needs of the projects;• Reliability analysis using TRAIL (Transport, Reliability, Availability, Integration and Logistic) software tool; • Writing detailed result reports and presenting the outcome to Project Manager, clients and stakeholders;• Collaborating closely with the stakeholders and Project Managers;• Represented the department at FMECA Workshops with Project Manager, Railway Station Manager, Engineers and other stakeholders;• Carried out the FMECA Analysis in report and spreadsheet model form – within the Analysis discipline FMECAs are very sophisticated compared to regular e.g. business / process analysis;• Responsible for the Rolling Stock Dwell Time performance study, which comprised of gathering, analysing, documenting and prioritising detailed business requirements, incl. acceptance criteria and benchmark figures, before statistical analysis as main part of the project; • Analysation of raw data, using different statistical instruments;Other Responsibilities• Responsible for Progress and Cost reporting for internal and external project participants, collating a multitude of different data;• Assistance to several other projects with data modelling and analysis (mainly Excel);• Development of acceptance criteria to assess project success;I left this role to emigrate to Australia.
