Manage Contingent Workforce related activities globally across all MasterCard regions. Responsibilities include implementation of HR Contingent Workforce initiatives and core Workforce Management human resource activities. Implement and oversee onsite Managed Service Provider and Vendor Management System. Work in close collaboration with Allegis Global Services and Beeline to integrate new Acquisitions made by Mastercard into the Contingent Workforce processes. Ensure that contractual agreements and contingent workforce policies are adhered to while successfully maintaining a neutral relationship. Work closely with AGS and Beeline to generate contingency workforce reporting. Oversee, make recommendations, participate in special projects, maintain, and update global Contingent Workforce policies and procedures.• Successfully launched a global MSP & VMS Program in three stages; US in 2013, Europe in 2014 and India in 2016.• Realized cost savings of $2MM in 2016.• MSP and VMS processes reduced tenure risk and assured all laws and legislation regarding Contingent Workforce were being followed.
