A Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) & Hypnotherapist with a focus on helping clients overcome anxiety, stress, depression, self esteem issues and lack of confidence. RTT, the Marisa Peer Method, is an innovative and dynamic approach to Hypnotherapy, which combines CBT, NLP, Neuroscience and Psychotherapy to empower clients to get to the root cause of their personal issues, challenge their thinking and transform their beliefs to create sustainable change and happier lives. Currently working as a Support Caseworker, working with the Host Support team for Helping Irish Hosts. Supporting Hosts who are providing a home for displaced Ukrainians. In addition, an experienced Career Coach with 20 years experience working with clients in the corporate, not-for-profit, university and community sectors. In addition, I have extensive experience working for Outplacement Services, helping individuals find their next job opportunity and/or change career direction whilst managing complex transitions. I obtained a Master of Career Development from Edith Cowan University and completed a research project on positive psychology. I also have extensive experience in recruitment (internal/external) and human resources. I offer clients a unique approach by integrating personal development, coaching psychology, and neuroplasticity, CBT & NLP strategies to empower individuals to transform their mindsets to successfully deal with change and transitions.
