I've leveraged my previous experiences and education to build Mainstay and its My25 brand of digital, value-based solutions throughout the U.S. among billion dollar corporations and mom and pops right around the corner by focusing on clinical health and SDoH improvement outcomes and associated expense reductions positively impacting for-profit and nonprofit organizations and their associated stakeholders and funders.Following my MBA studies I became immersed in the health care field and identified a need to materially enhance care and costs for hospitals. I co-founded Adicon, Inc., expanded the start-up to a nationwide concern and sold the company to Baxter International, a Fortune 500 health care leader. I was responsible for transitioning Adicon’s operation into the larger corporate structure; this division ultimately spun off with $5 billion in annual sales.
