Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) is a home visiting program that supports parents in their role as a child's first and most important teacher.

Designed for professional Christian Women doing business with their faith.

I train Childcare Professionals how to apply their skills, build their brand, and transition from an employee to a Childcare Business Owner. I also assist those who currently own a Childcare Business in trouble shooting employee communications, parent retention, and enrollment growth.

Vizion Kidz Network is a non-profit organization that assist youth ages 5-12 to find, pursue, and live the vision God has for their lives. We do this through our mentor groups and summer programs.

• As a Director I was able to grow the facility from 12 children to the capacity of 78 children, which was its max in the preschool and the Lower Elementary program Kindergarten-2nd grade was also at its max of 10 students per instructor.• I implemented the student testing at the Elementary level-SATo Met with parents and teachers to explain the results of the children’s test.• Trained all of the instructors on the use of the Abeka Curriculum which we used throughout the Academy from our 1 year olds through the Lower Elementary program.o As a classroom teacher I taught children K3-1st grade for over 17 years I only used the Abeka Curriculum but I am very aware of Bob Jones, Saxon Math, and other Christian based curriculums.o I have taught and trained other Childcare Centers in my area to use the Abeka Curriculum to enhance their programs.• As the Director I began a Parent Involvement Group that allowed the parents to help keep our facility looking beautiful, raise money, and implement parent activities at the school.• I handled all incoming inquires for enrollment and implemented an enrollment follow up system that would allow us to compile data of the amount of calls we received each week, how many came in for tours, and how many enrolled. • I installed the CMS, Childcare Management System, which took our accounting system from paper to a more streamline automated system via computer. This system also included time card services for employees.• Each year I set a workable budget for the facility including employee pay raises and bonuses. • I reviewed applications and denied or approved for the National School Lunch Program; as well as, set up monthly menus, shopped and ordered groceries. • Planned and implemented a summer camp program that brought in over 100 children the first year and each year after that called Extreme Kidz.• Conducted Continuing Education Training for 10 staff members in the area of Early Childhood
