-Provide Technical Support for all Houston Tenet Practice Resources 78+ Sites throughout the Houston Market; CyFair, Houston Northwest, Park Plaza, Spring, Barker Cypress, Conroe areas. -Liaison between physician practices, physician group administration, Corporate IS, Dell Services regional management and executives and vendors. -Responsible for strategic planning across IT domains. -Serve as security officer to ensure and track compliance of IT equipment in line with company policies. -Perform site assessments of new on boarding and acquisition physician practices and prepare necessary quotes, monthly reports and paperwork for all purchasing of I.T. related equipment, tracking and inventory of all IT hardware for corporate reports. -Provide assistance with some server and network-related tasks. -Provide operational assistance duties as needed, including personal computer and laptop setup, phone setup, network cable patch downs, Network Server Configuration.-Deployment of new PC's, Laptops, Tablets, printers, VOIP phones, routers/switches, OS-level installs, applications installs, execution of local scripts, and physical deployment of hardware. -Attending and managing all communications with Practice Managers for all physician sites, via conference calls and onsite visits.
