CurrentResponsibilities•Developing and executing on a sourcing strategy that builds a strong pipeline of top candidates from across the different regions with a focus on diversity. •Actively source top talent online to build a funnel of qualified candidates for a quickly scaling and dynamic global team, for diverse functions across the organization.•Consulting with recruiting partners and HR leadership to identify/scope recruitment needs and develop/implement effective sourcing strategies.•Partnering with hiring managers to ensure and guarantee headcount is filled on time and through the most equitable and objective processes possible.•Longlisting of candidates’ applications from the database•Ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to the offer stage.•Working closely with hiring managers in identifying potential candidates for the ongoing and upcoming roles. •Sourcing & headhunting for potential candidates on professional platforms using Boolean search/code.•Conducting interviews and assessments to gauge a candidate's suitability for a potential role. •Screening and evaluating candidates' resumes, qualifications, and skills to ensure they match the job requirements.•Participating in the negotiation process between the organization and candidates, including compensation, benefits, and other terms involved. •Building talent pipelines to cater for replacement hires or similar roles in the future.
