Chief Financial Officer
CurrentResponsible for the following depts:- Finance and Accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close process, month end report and analysis, customer/job profitability and GAAP- Treasury, to include cash management, allocations, sweeps, lines of credit, bank reconciliation, capital financing, borrowing base reporting and analysis and bank relations.- Risk Management which includes management of claims and negotiating all worker's compensation, general liability, automobile and umbrella coverages.- Human Resources, payroll processing and recruiting activities- Procurement, negotiations, vendor agreements and vendor relations- Legal agreements with customers and vendors, NDA's, employment contracts, annual minutes/corporate resolutions and litigations via outside counsel- IT which includes Network Administration, Systems Administration, XPM Portal Development, Telephony and Building Security- Tax reporting via internal staff for monthly/quarterly requirements and external relations with audit and CPA firm - Corporate strategic planning with executive manangement team to steer the company toward corporate goals and vision.
