Covers all main & derivatives part types in each technology series); responsible for R&D of all process steps in a module• R&D includes research on materials and polymer coatings which improved fabrication processes and achieved process stability, resulting in a 10x yield increase• Led cross-functional teams of engineers to troubleshoot and resolve inter-process and inter-module line issues• Received multiple recognitions (at division & programme levels) for project contributions and bottom-up fab-wide innovations

• R&D on sample preparation of poisons and drugs in biological specimens• Developed analytical methods for trace analysis with hyphenated LC techniques. The developed techniques achieved 50x faster turnaround time and were designated as the lab's analysis method• Wrote a script to automate the data processing workflow and was validated across three validation studies, reducing the analysis time from one week to two hours. The script was adopted for ongoing and future validation projects

• Research was on metal oxide based materials for optics polishing. Achieved consistent polishing quality, and reduced the reworks by 70%
