Worked with R&D and Manufacturing Engineering to document new products and manufacturing processes. Helped to design custom sets and kits as well as designed new art work and labels. Searched for new vendors supplying components in order to improve quality and cut costs. Participated on projects involving other Arrow facilities in Mexico, Czech, and US in revising and making changes to existing Arrow products.
