My tasks as Social Media Researcher involve a regular search througout all Social Media Platforms (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram - latest edition TikTok) Further, for our clients we create daily e-mail Alerts, which contain the comments, feelings and statements of our clients. In addition to the e-mail alerts we provide our clients with daily presentations and sentiments about the buzz in the Internet. By constantly being in contact with our clients we can provide them with daily news and ask them for feedback.

Massimo Dutti belongs to one of the biggest fashion retailers in the world, Inditex. Being part of their team it is important to understand customers needs. Some of my tasks are:- Care about the customers and give them fashion advice if they request it and bring them their favored goods- keep up to date with different garnments (e.g. know how to wash them, treat and handle them, know the colour code and the meaning behind the figures)- work and communicate with the whole team (from manager to other colleagues always keep each other up to date- pack customers online wishes and place the goods nicely for deliveryAs a Fashion Advisor I have a lot of contact with customers therefore, I believe that I know how to handle difficult situations and calm clients down if they are upset. It is also our responsibility to be fast and be friendly and kind to the clients. One of my strengths is my positive attitude which always brings a smile to customers faces. It is also crucial to know a lot about different garments and how to wash and treat them in order to answer customers questions. Trainings in the beginning helped me to learn and understand to differentiate garments from each other. In this job teamwork is crucial because only if you work and communicate together you can reach your targets at the end of the day.

Working as an operations assistant in the flagship store in Vienna I had the following responsibilities:- on time delivery of customer wishes (an ability I learned from this job was that I had to manage my time very well and therefore I also know what it means to work under pressure)- preparing rails and boxes for upcoming deliveries- keeping the stock clean for a faster preparation of the goods- looking over goods if they are damaged or are dirty - knowing what was sold each hour to bring the missing goods from the stock room to the sales area - communication with the whole team (store manager, operations manager and colleagues)

Innsbruck

I was able to be part of the first store opening in Innsbruck, Tyrol. Building the store from scratch was an adventure and it was great to see how the store came together with our team. We were fortunate enough to have a 3-day seminar on how the designs of Massimo Dutti come together, meeting Managers and HR-Reqruiters that have been at the company for a very long time and sharing their expertise was a great experience. This seminar was something special in my opinion because not every employee that starts working for Inditex is able to gain these experiences and impressions.
