Roles varied Business Development Manager, Manager of Customer Support and Operational Manager with corporate and contracted direct reports, vendor management, product fulfillment working with brick & mortar retail locations. Experience in third party vendor relationships and managing customer service centers.Effectively managed a team to support retailers with order entry, provisioning, e-product and hard fulfillment to 12,000 brick & mortar corporate/franchise/independent retail locations and electronic distributors. Implemented an e-commerce solution to increase return sales electronically while implementing an indemnity program to mitigate bad debt related to fraud for prepaid refills on products. Created an in-and-out stringent product inventory management process which as a layered principle enabled auto-reordering to function based on machine learning/algorithms/activations. Retailers were trained and this created just in time inventory and auto sales revenues.Completed end-to-end product and process reviews that reduced operational cost while increasing efficiency using positive based thinking (what we have thats good) vs. absent based thinking (what we lack or need to get better).
