After living for 4 years in China, I have relocated to Heidelberg, Germany. I'm learning German, and take advantage of my free time to paint and try all sorts of crafts. After graduating as Chemical Engineer with a Formulation specialisation, I have cumulated 10 years experience in R&D project management in several fields: detergency (4 years in Reckitt Italy and 6 months in Reckitt Brasil), nail care devices (4 years in Reckitt UK) and cosmetics (1 year J&J France, 6 months Bourjois). My activities included dealing with all key stakeholders ( marketing, Supply, Regulatory, Quality...) and managing co-packers and subcontractors (in Europe, Asia & Americas). I played a key role in the development, testing and industrialisation of new products. This included: formulation and lab work on new products, or development and testing of electrical devices with our devices experts; helping to create packaging text and advertisement claims and validating them through technical or consumer testing; management of all aspects of product development, including stabilities, to meet project timings. I have managed teams from 1 to 5 people. I've done several self-development trainings aiming at managing my teams in an efficient way, while allowing each individual to shine and improve. I allowed my team members to either get a well-deserved promotion and recognition within the team, or changing team to increase their knowledge of different products, or pursue their carrer according to their specific talents.
