Sylvie has dedicated her entire career to the financial sector, working in both public and privatecapacities. Her last notable role in the public sector was as Deputy Director General of the Bank ofFrance in 2014. She represented France in various international financial committees at the G20 levelfrom 2007 to 2014, covering the Great Financial Crisis. This included the Basel Committee, theCommittee on the Global Financial System, the Committee on Payments and Settlements Systems, andfinancial committees of the ECB and of the Financial Stability Board.In 2014, Sylvie moved to the Deutsche Bank Group, initially serving as the Global Head of RegulatoryRequirements. By 2015, she was rapidly promoted to the Group Executive Board as Chief RegulatoryOfficer, overseeing non-financial risks until 2019. During this period, she also led the GFMA (GlobalFinancial Market Association), a major trade association representing the world's largest banks infinancial markets.Post-2019, Sylvie has been contributing to the work of the EU Commission and various think tanks.Currently, she holds positions as a Senior Global Advisor for Mazars and Independent Non-ExecutiveDirector positions at the CCF Group and Barclays Europe.
