"All those visible & unvisible tasks that makes the office run properly..."Headquartered in Singapore with Belgian entity in Namur – Research laboratory to address the need for non-invasive diagnostics for cancer through ELISA technology- Trips organization for the CEO/Scientific Manager/team (international/national conferences, customer/supplier meeting, logistic arrangements, expenses follow up…)- Work on gifts / brochures through various suppliers- Assistance to the Office manager (archiving, contracts, mail in/out, various filings, Audit process to get ISO Certification, Work on social secretariat, encoding...)- Basic work on Sales force (CRM)- Board / Team / training organization (agenda, minutes, logistics, follow up…) - Basic financial tasks (credit card, purchasing, invoices, …)- Phone/mail contacts with suppliers, customers, partners- Assistance in Lab stock management - All those tasks in French and English
