I'm working on defining and implementing governance for Microsoft 365 tools, focusing on tool utilization and IT landscape streamlining. Additionally, I developed an information architecture for SharePoint and conducted a knowledge management needs analysis to enhance organizational knowledge and collaboration.

I trained Knowledge Officers on various knowledge management topics and conducted a comprehensive analysis of their KM needs. This involved developing a vision, crafting an enhancement program, and integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) and Dynamics.

I developed a governance framework across different units, focusing on harmonizing practices and creating a supportive information architecture for Microsoft 365 tools. I also established communities of practice, suggested a change management strategy to enhance information sharing.

I led the Zero Paper project, aimed at transitioning to a paperless work environment during a major relocation. This involved optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with document digitization, and managing the cultural shift towards more efficient, paperless practices.

I implemented information management tools from the Microsoft 365 suite, focusing on governance and information architecture for Teams and SharePoint. This included defining metadata, confidentiality, and structure to ensure efficient information management across the organization.

I developed a vision and roadmap for information governance, including policies, change management plans, and information architecture. I also implemented lifecycle management strategies and managed the project, ensuring effective communication, training, and support throughout the organization.

I worked on certifying the digitization process for incoming invoices, ensuring their legal probative value. My role focused on aligning the digital processes with compliance standards to guarantee the validity of digitized documents.

I contributed to the Fisconetplus project by developing internal user guides to support the rollout of a new fiscal platform. My role included change management, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the platform by internal users.

I assisted in reviewing the Learning and Knowledge Management Strategy and its mid-term action plan. This involved conducting stakeholder interviews, identifying current needs, and proposing updates to improve knowledge management practices across the organization.

I worked on redesigning the intranet, improving communication, and enhancing information management across business units. My role included optimizing workflows to create a more productive work environment for employees.

I helped define the new Digital Workplace, focusing on document management processes, information architecture, and the implementation of a digital mailroom. I also managed change communication, training, and support to facilitate new ways of working across the organization.

I conducted interviews to assess intranet communication needs and facilitated a workshop to prioritize improvement initiatives. I provided recommendations to optimize communication and proposed potential projects to address the identified needs.

I facilitated a workshop to help directors align on a new vision and engage in experimental projects for cultural change. My role involved preparing the workshop, defining needs, and ensuring a shared understanding and actionable long-term plan.

I conducted a needs analysis for a knowledge-sharing environment in the global citizenship sector. I gathered insights through interviews and surveys, analyzed best practices, and developed a recommendation report for implementing a knowledge management program.

I assessed document management requirements and participated in workshops to develop scanning recommendations and project proposals. My role included prioritizing initiatives to enhance document management and support the transition to new working practices.

I supported the digitalization of notarial deeds by assisting with communication, training, and support for notarial institutions. My focus was on ensuring the successful adoption of new digital processes while maintaining legal and professional standards.

I defined requirements and specifications for a platform supporting SMEs in the bio-based chemical sector. I gathered user feedback and provided recommendations for improving the platform based on experimentation and stakeholder interviews.
