In her role as Senior Director, Knowledge Management, Sylvie leads and manages complex projects and operational aspects of the firm’s Knowledge and Practice Innovation program and initiatives with a focus on knowledge management, resources and services related to Quebec practice, civil law and bilingual requirements. Sylvie also oversees library services for Quebec, providing strategic direction and ensuring efficient operations while maintaining a relevant and effective service offering.

As Director of Knowledge Management, Infrastructure and Innovation, and previously as Director of Knowledge Management, Sylvie directed and managed the Knowledge Management and Innovation team and the Library and Information Services team at Stikeman Elliott's Montréal office. In her role, she led the planning, development and execution of knowledge management systems and innovation projects, and worked in collaboration with practicing lawyers, management and technology teams to identify and implement processes and legal technology that improve efficiency and productivity. Sylvie was also responsible for the development, curation and management of the firm's extensive precedent, legal resources and knowledge collections and facilitated the publication of various client-facing resources. Sylvie sat on the office’s Knowledge Management & Legal Innovation Committee and Continuing Legal Education Committee.

Sylvie was a partner in the corporate group at Ogilvy Renault where she practiced business law for fifteen years focusing on private mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and technology alliances.
